IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LIP BLUSH & LIP NEUTRALISATION CLIENTS
 
Please note that healed results vary from person to person and multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired outcome.
 
Lip Neutralization is a colour correction procedure and often requires 2-5 sessions depending on the natural lip tone, previous pigmentation, and healing process.
 
Clients with previous permanent makeup must send clear photos for approval before booking.
 
PMU treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding and may not be performed when certain medical conditions or medications are present.
 
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Please arrive with clean brows, lashes, or lips free of makeup, skincare products, and SPF.
Discontinue the use of active skincare products (including but not limited to retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and benzoyl peroxide) on the treatment area at least 5-7 days prior to your appointment to reduce the risk of irritation or adverse reactions.
 
For Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization clients:
• Lips must be healthy and free from cuts, irritation, or active cold sores.
• If you are prone to cold sores, consult your physician regarding antiviral medication prior to your appointment.
• Please stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your treatment.
• Clients with previous lip tattooing or PMU must send clear photos for approval before booking

 
1:1 APPOINTMENTS
All appointments are strictly 1:1.
Clients are kindly requested to attend their appointment alone.
This policy ensures a calm, focused, and professional treatment environment.
 
PAYMENTS
Cash and online payments are accepted.
Full payment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise stated.
 
DEPOSITS
 A deposit is required for all appointments with a treatment value of €60 or more. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposit payment instructions will be sent after booking. Deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, rescheduling within 48 hours, or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.

LATE ARRIVALS
Arrivals up to 10 minutes late will incur a €20 late fee. Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Late cancellations are treated as no-shows.
 
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled via the confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
 
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.           

NO CALL / NO SHOW
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will require full payment of the service  
 
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
All treatments are performed with the highest level of care and professionalism; however, results may vary per individual. Results cannot be guaranteed due to differences in skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual response. Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle the client to a refund.
 
HEALTH, MEDICAL CONDITIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or relevant health information prior to their appointment.
We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed information.
 
AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are fully responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
We are not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare or external factors beyond our control.
 
REFUND POLICY
No refunds are offered on services, deposits, packages, or fees.
By booking, the client agrees to this no-refund policy.
 
AGE POLICY
Clients must be 18 years or older, or provide written parental/guardian consent where applicable.
 
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to: safety concerns, policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or contraindications.

Prices, services, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
